TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT

• Please call us to make an appointment for a consultation.

• Rayna's Hair Studio requires a Non-Refundable deposit to secure an appointment. We accept most major credit cards, bank cards, and money orders. No personal checks please.

• You may mail in your deposit (money orders) and, once received, we will call you promptly to schedule your appointment.

• A 72 hour reschedule notice is required to maintain your deposit.

• The balance due for all services is required when you arrive for your appointment.

PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

• Rayna's Hair Studio offers a complimentary shampoo and condition for your initial style. If you require your braids to be removed please let us know when making your appointment. This service requires more time for your appointment and therefore additional fees.

• Relaxed hair can be braided, as well as hair in its natural state. If your hair is natural, there is no need to straighten it first.

• For styles that require synthetic hair, laine, wire, or yarn these materials are included in the price of your hairstyle. Most human hair is not included in the cost of hairstyles. Human hair should be paid for in advance.

OUT OF TOWN SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS
  • MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5 CLIENTS TO TRAVEL.
  • PAYMENT MUST BE CONFIRMED BEFORE MY DEPARTURE
  • IF YOU'VE PAID AND CHANGE YOUR MIND BEFORE I ARRIVE  TO YOU, YOUR PAYMENT WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED.
  • THE HOTEL ROOM MUST BE PRE BOOKED ,AND CONFIRMED BEFORE MY DEPARTURE
  • IF YOU NEED ME TO BRING COLOR OR ANY SPECIAL TOOLS . PLEASE INFORM ME BEFORE MY DEPARTURE.
  • IF THERE'S A SPECIAL TYPE OF HAIR THAT NEEDS TO BE ORDERED PLEASE LET ME KNOW , IT MAY TAKE 3 WKS TO RECEIVE SO GIVE US ENOUGH TIME FOR ORDERING.
